He says that we as the squad should not be lazy or ignorant, don't be like others around us, the people that don't have hope. We who are still alive on earth will be left till Christ comes back longer than those are in six feet under. When He comes the dead will rise first.👻 after He will then call us and we will meet in the clouds with Him. We should be the light in the times of darkness. 🔥 live in peace with all of our homies and encourage them when they get down in the dumps. Lift them up and reassure their hope. Be kind and patient to one another. Be joyful and pray 🙏. Keep that fire for God and don't let it burn out. Feel alive with that spark 🌋 don't keep it to your self. Let all of you be blameless and of Christ. Help each other stay accountable and encourage when your peeps stumble. Stand in Gods word. Don't just stand in it but carry His word and spread it wherever you go. The lord will protect you and will watch over you.
What application, if any, do you think that this has to the life of the believer today?
I think it does (or at least should) have one for everyone but I think mostly upon teens now a days. We should be bold and actually carry out the Word of Christ wherever we go. We can't be ready and won't be when the times come for Him to come back but we need to faithfully do his work while we are still on this earth. Accountability also plays a key role. Not only is it a good think to have but is so essential especially now adays with the world and how people are today. We need it more than ever. Especially Christians. A lot of times at least I find myself just going through the motions and really need someone to come along and set me strait and point me in the right path. Let's start living like we are In need to reach people and further Gods kingdom.
